Our theme for 2025, “Turning the Spade and Breaking the Ground Towards Academic Excellence and an Improved Organizational Culture,” reflects our dedication to academic and institutional progress. In 2025, our focus will be on hard work and dedication to improving the college’s outcomes. Performance—measured by results—is a shared responsibility among staff, students, and lecturers. Together, we can achieve excellence.

To bring this vision to life, we will prioritize the following strategies:

1. Staff Development: Enhancing organizational culture and service delivery through targeted training and support.
2. Academic Excellence: Achieving an 80% pass rate across all programmes and levels.
3. Attendance Monitoring: Ensuring 80% class attendance with the installation of a biometric system in all lecture halls and workshops across campuses.
4. Teaching and Learning Support: Providing adequate resources and materials upon registration.
5. Resource Allocation: Strengthening key college functions to support academic and operational success.
6. Readiness for Learning: Ensuring that both students and lecturers are present and prepared when the college reopens.
